Force yourself to confront change! - experience how to lead in uncertain times |
|
In today's fast moving world we must be prepared for the unexpected. The only thing that remains constant is change. Whether this change is triggered by our customer`s changing purchasing behaviour, competitor`s smart moves, mergers or acquisitions, technological break-throughs or abrupt business environment disturbances, only those organisations, which have adaptive and flexible individuals to confront the consequenses of these changes will be successful.
What does it take to become adaptable and flexible? Ultimately the question comes down to each key individual and more precisely to his or her behavioural competence. What do you do when you find yourself in a situation where your choices are limited and where you are forced to face change head-on? How do you act as a leader in the midst of the surrounding chaos or behave as a member in a group when facing insecure circumstances? How do you cope with those who don`t cope with change?
What you as a leader can change in this situation is your behaviour. We challenge you to discover that with us.
Come and join us in an introductory workshop - Confronting Uncertain Times - , where we provide a learning platform to experience your own behaviour in the midst of change. Come and experience how you can alter your individual thinking process towards flexible and adaptable behaviour.
