|

- You enlarge your personal boundaries.
- You learn how to apply new energies.
- You experience concentration, self-confidence and willingness to take risks and you learn to apply these
qualities as effective leading instruments.
Topic
Today, executives are under high pressure to meet high expectations and make quick decisions. A lack of motivation, resistance to change and increasing performance-pressure make high demands on personal and social competences of executives.
This often leads to stress and problems in health and relations. Facing such difficulties with ever-increasing workloads results in a vicious downward cycle resulting in burnout.
Self-recognition of own assumptions, boundaries and strategies permits new behaviour and gives new quality to the confidence, openness and self-responsibility within the team.
The result: fun, individual gratification and economic success do not need to compete any more!
Goal and benefits
You learn sense the consequences of your behaviour and understand its effects on your individual success or failure.
You gain authenticity and strengthen your self-esteem. You pay more attention to your body and take responsibility for your quality of life.
You recognise the factors that can turn a group into a high performing team and have the ability to take the actions necessary to promote team development.
You develop concrete action plans and actualise your business and private life goals.
Methods
First, we select from a palate of exercises that have been developed to meet the specific demands of an executive to incite individual behaviours directly add clearly.
While most of the exercises take place outdoors, there is no need to have any special physical conditioning or training.
Then the individual and group behaviours are analysed through discussions and feedback sessions. You discover why you had success or why you failed - as well as "ah-ha" or "light bulb moments".
Finally, these newly gained insights are developed to create alternative patterns of behaviour for immediate application in your business and private life.
