Needs and trends in leadership training

We organized on Friday March 12, 2010 a workshop to discuss about the needs, trends and best practices of leadership trainings.

12 HR professionals from different companies discussed about this fascinating topics during more than 4 hours, with the support and insights of the Professor Preston Bottger , from IMD Lausanne, as well as two Stucki’s employees. The results allowed us to better understand which are the actual and future needs in this fast moving field/domain???. In addition, the participants enjoyed the possibilities to get to know ideas and best practices which could be applied in their company and, last but not least, reinforce their networking. For Stucki, it was the opportunity to have the confirmation that our services match the market’s needs and trends.

Are you interested in the results or to participate in our next workshop? Then please contact our Stucki team.

Study on impact of trainings

We appointed the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland to conduct a survey by one of our customers on the lasting impact that our leadership seminars have  and on the possibility of transferring the learning into the real life. It is not less than 140 managers from all levels, who have been participating in the survey.

You will find hereunder the main results of this study. For more information (only in German), please contact us.
